Guaranteed Reservations

To guarantee a reservation at the Clifton Victoria inn a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. If a credit card is not available, your reservation will only be held for a minimal period of time.

Cancellation Policy

Guaranteed reservations at the Clifton Victoria inn must be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. If you wish to cancel your reservation within the cancel policy, a 1-night penalty including taxes/fees will be applied.

New Year’s Eve, Group and Conference reservations are subject to the cancellation and deposit policies outlined at time of booking and may vary from standard hotel policies.

Pets

The Clifton Victoria inn unfortunately does not accept pets within the hotel.

Check in / Check out

Check in time at the Clifton Victoria inn starts at 4:00pm. If your party happens to arrive earlier, and the room is not available at the time of arrival, our Front desk will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day. Check out time is 11:00am the day of departure.

Age Requirement

To reserve a room at the Clifton Victoria Inn, there must be at least 1 adult (21 years of age or older) present in the room.

Payment Options

The Clifton Victoria inn accepts all major credit cards, Falls Avenue Resort Gift Cards or Interac payments. All debit payments require room, tax, and fees as well as a $200 deposit at time of check in. The hotel does not accept cash as payment.

Taxes & Fee

Ontario hotel stays are subject to 13% HST.

A $5 plus HST Municipal Accommodation Tax implemented by City bylaw will also be charged per room, per night to help market Niagara Falls to travelers and may also be used to generate better services for visitors while in the city.

Hotel mandated 7.9% Local Fee plus HST will be charged on all reservations.

Dining establishments, attractions and retail outlets will also be subject to the Local Fee.
